As the founder of Veritas Injury Lawyers, Keller has devoted his practice exclusively to representing injured individuals and families throughout Colorado. His goal is simple: hold negligent parties accountable and help his clients recover the financial resources they need to move forward.

In April 2026, Keller was selected to serve as Region 6 Vice President of the Colorado Bar Association for the 2026–2027 term. As part of the Colorado Bar Association’s Board of Governors, he will represent attorneys and communities across the Four Corners, Mesa County, Seventh Judicial District, and Southwestern Colorado Bar Associations. The role gives Keller an opportunity to advocate for the interests of Western Colorado and help ensure the region’s legal community has a voice in statewide issues.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Keller earned his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law before making Colorado his home. After building and successfully operating his own law firm, he discovered that his greatest professional fulfillment came from representing people who had been wrongfully injured. Today, personal injury law is all he practices.

Keller represents clients in cases involving car accidents, trucking collisions, pedestrian injuries, premises liability, wrongful death, dog bites, ski accidents, and other serious injury claims. He has represented clients throughout Colorado and neighboring states, handling cases ranging from straightforward insurance disputes to complex litigation involving catastrophic injuries.

Clients appreciate Keller’s direct and honest approach. He believes people deserve straightforward answers, realistic expectations, and regular communication—not legal jargon or empty promises. He takes the time to understand each client’s story, explain the legal process, and develop a strategy tailored to their unique circumstances.

Insurance companies know that Keller prepares every case as though it will ultimately be decided by a jury. That level of preparation often leads to stronger settlements, but when a fair resolution isn’t possible, he is fully prepared to take a case to trial and advocate aggressively for his clients.

Outside the courtroom, Keller is deeply invested in the Western Colorado community. He believes that serving others extends beyond practicing law and is committed to making a positive impact both professionally and personally. When he’s not practicing law, Keller enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, exploring Colorado on his motorcycle, and chasing the next round of golf.
